The last three or four times I've ate there the roast beef tasted like it had been under the heat lamps for hours. It was awful. "I used to manage the Middletown store 25 yrs ago. It was a nice clean store, with good employees and it was fun because we tested market many items the other stores never had, like fish dinners. But it went way downhill, serivce was lousy, order was always wrong and drive-thru was the pits. The new store is nicer but service could be better and they still get orders wrong.
