They were kind enough to let us swap out the equipment we have for the stuff we should have ordered the first time. However the wife is not happy about the speed of some of their rebate deals. "we've been with DirecTv for 10 years, we will NEVER go cable. Dish Network is a joke or what you get. We've had nothign but fabulou ervice from DTV, and would never leave. They've always been very good with us.
