"I love the employees at the Monroe Kroger location. BUT - the number of mistakes they have made is appalling. Simple things, like names and addresses that cause countless hours and headaches to fix. Friends & family keep asking why I go back. Because like Cheers, everybody knows my name!
Overall, this location doesn't cut the grade unless you already have an acct and just want to make a simple deposit or withdrawl." - 2/5/2008 12:15:16 PM

"Every time a new account is opened at Fee Third Bank a kitten dies! Fifth Third is a criminal organization. You will never find a more retched hive of scum and villainy. They have no method of fixing mistake and will cause you endless trouble. I cannot stress enough how bad this bank is." - 12/22/2007 7:03:57 PM

"All banks have nasty and unfair fees. Think I am wrong, just switch banks and pull a bone head move like not protecting yourself with an overdraft service and see what happens.

As far as unfriendly or uncaring goes: If I had to be a teller and work with the general public I would not last a day before I jumped the counter and strangled some one.

So see it could be worse. lol" - 12/4/2007 2:20:19 PM

"I know somebody who works at fifth-third and they feel that the crowd is constantly angry at her for going so slow, like its their fault she is going slowly.  But when i'm there they move fast enough and they are friendly enough." - 10/29/2007 2:15:57 PM

"Fifth Third has convenient locations and they have cash machines everywhere! They really have unfair overdraft fees that can quickly compound, alot of the staff is unfriendly or carrying on conversations with other clerks instead of making the customer feel priority one." - 10/29/2007 12:24:27 PM
