"I would say they are great for the last few year, then finally it hit hard...I made two orders on 11/23/2007. they charged me for 3 orders...why, because they decided to send me someone's else order and charge me twice for one of my orders....now, been order a week, two phone calls, two schedule pickups for wrong items, and no has shown up. Still got charged for 3 orders. ..... good news i guess is that, they only cancel 4/11 items on the first one and 2/4 items on the second....They are just plain horrible is you order online. their customer service suck so bad it's not worth the sales they have Xuan." - 12/11/2007 4:58:43 PM
"I used to hate Kohl's. Their kitchenware and small electronics were never priced and they raised prices just to put them on sale. But I do find myself shopping there more often. You can get great clothing bargains. Now if only they'd get more cashier help. This past Christmas there was just no excuse to have 1 very slow cashier with 10 customers in line and 3 return lanes with no customers at all. Yes, I complained and I will admit everyone at the store is pretty friendly. I can't say they are worth the buck, but they don't suck, either.
