"I like Marsh if I was on that side of town and needed something. its a fresh alternative to a crowded Kroger. The sales are fairly good...I know I hit the .98 cent a pound hamburger which ended up in a 90.00 visit to Marsh. Its a decent store...not my first choice but its homey...neighborhood grocery." - 10/28/2007 8:19:34 PM
"Good store for sales, everything else is overpriced. I do like the remolded store, although I think they should have shut the store down for some parts of it (of course that means no business, and we just CAN'T have that!). They have a pretty good selection of food, and it's usually very clean." - 10/3/2007 9:16:37 AM
"Best Grocery Store in Middletown. I have been going in there since the early 70's. The store is cleaner than any store (Except for the new Kroger’s and it won't take long until that place is disgusting) in Middletown.
Kroger’s and all of the other stores rotate their aisle, so you don't know where anything is, you have to walk through a bunch of aisle to find what you need.
Marsh hardly ever moves the product from one aisle to another.
Plus they have the best Red Delicious Apples in town.
bmoviecritic and zea14, IMHO what you know about grocery shopping would not fill a thimble." - 8/30/2007 9:31:55 AM
"Kinda crappie from what I remember, can not compete with the new stores like Kroger, but probably allright if you live near there for convenience..." - 8/23/2007 5:07:59 PM
"Unfriendly employees!! I hate the remodeled store. The bread is crammed behind produce to make way for jumbo buys on the main aisle. I ordered a cake from them a couple weeks ago and was appalled at all the flies in the bakery case. UGH! I won't go back." - 8/12/2007 8:42:32 PM
