"I came across this while looking for somewhere to complain about the Tire Discounters store on Winford in Hamilton, whom I've never had an issue with until now. A few years ago, some kid tried to get a frozen lug nut off and knocked the car out of line. When I complained, he said it was already out of alignment and that he'd done nothing wrong. After about an hour of back and forth, I threatened to call the police. They decided to give me a free alignment to "get me the **** out of there"." - 9/29/2007 2:16:57 AM

"I would never go back to the Tire Discounters here in town. A few years ago I went there to get a flat tire checked and they said that it was just losing air and that it would be fine. Well a week later it was flat again so I took it somewhere else and they said that it had a nail in it. Therefore, either they are complete idiots, or they never even looked at the car. However, the one by Bridgewater Falls has always had good, fast, and reliable service." - 8/1/2007 3:37:51 PM
"Racefan - The same thing has happened to me since my first post below. The first time they missed the nail but it kept loosing air and when I took it back again they found the nail and patched it. Then a few months passed and we went through a re-model on the house and I picked up another nail in the same tire. Again it was patched within an hour and again there was no charge. So not perfect but not a bad deal IMHO." - 3/19/2008 1:09:05 PM
"Tire Discounters are the greatest. Whenever I have had tire problems, I take over there and they fix it for me - many times at no charge if it is just a leak." - 7/30/2007 5:13:34 PM
"I work right across the street and have always had great service; I call first then go over. Everyone has always been very helpful and nice and I plan on getting my next set of tires there when the time comes. Worth the buck for me." - 7/30/2007 4:25:44 PM
"I went there to shop for wheels about 6 months ago. I couldn't get anyone to help me but I did wait around long enough to hear a very irate woman scream for the manager - they had sent her on her way without tightening the lugnuts on one wheel. She was about to get on the highway but as she increased speed the noise got worse. She could have been killed had that wheel fallen off. Of the 4 employees I saw, no one even apologized to her. That's when I left. I bought my new wheels & tires online through Tire Rack. No one in town had a decent selection anyway." - 7/30/2007 12:45:42 PM
