"I loved the pizza from here when it was Fast Lane and was still a customer after it switched to Victory Lane. But the hours are erratic and the place is filthy. "Last year, I tried to buy a 2800 sq ft house full of flooring starting with 3 tiled bathrooms. I spent hours and several visits picking out tile and taking home samples. Once I made a decsion, I set up an appt for a measuring. They never called me. I waited a few weeks and said forget it and went elsewhere. They lost a bundle on me. No wonder the parking lot is empty. It's too bad, I really wanted my sales tax dollars to stay in Monroe. "I love the employees at the Monroe Kroger location. BUT - the number of mistakes they have made is appalling. Simple things, like names and addresses that cause countless hours and headaches to fix. Friends & family keep asking why I go back. Because like Cheers, everybody knows my name!
